  • En cumplimiento de su misión, esta Delegada se encarga de presentar propuestas, efectuar estudios y evaluar las situaciones relacionadas con los derechos colectivos y del ambiente. Así mismo, diseña las estrategias para el tratamiento de las problemáticas de los derechos colectivos y los somete a consideración del señor Defensor y presenta propuestas legislativas relacionadas con los derechos que le corresponden.
  • En ese orden de ideas, se dedica al estudio y a la orientación de las acciones relacionadas con derechos en los cuales los sujetos se involucran como colectividad, profiere una serie de resoluciones e informes defensoriales cuyas recomendaciones instan a las autoridades y a los particulares para que se abstengan de desconocer los derechos colectivos.
